China has become the most popular place for students who want to learn MBBS, over a decade now. Studying MBBS in China has lots of benefits for Indian students, so there is an increase in the number of student’s applications. Since last 8 years, there has been tremendous amount of student’s enquiries and admission, as per the CMEI Official Team Report.

Some of the key advantages for students to study MBBS in China are :
Easy Admission Procedure
No Donation
No Entrance Exam
Government Recognized Universities
Better Hostel Facilities
Low Cost Tuition fees
Complete safety and security in and around the University campuses

Chinese government has been very friendly for the international students, especially who come to study medicine and higher undergraduate courses. For a medicine degree course, a student has to pay about Rs 2.5 -5 Lakhs annually for fees and accommodation.

There are many other countries around the world which are accepting Indian students to study MBBS Abroad; however China among all the study abroad destinations has achieved the highest popularity over the last 8 years. In China, if an Indian student completes the MBBS degree course, he can continue his internship in the same University affiliated hospital. This internship is 100% legal and authorized by the Medical Council of India (MCI). This means that the student is not liable to do his internship again in India. However if the student studies MBBS in any other country other than China, then he has to finish his internship in India, which is only allowed after he passes the MCI Screening Test.

The requirement for studying MBBS in China is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, minimum of 60% of marks. There are scholarships available for certain number of students upto USD$1000.

There are separate hostel rooms available for both boys and girls. The total duration of the MBBS Degree Course is 5 years plus 1 year internship. Every year the students should score atleast a minimum of 60% marks in every semester to pass and go to the next semester. Different medical universities have different rules, however most of them follow these rules.

Most of the cities in China are very well developed and much better than India, as per the infrastructure, security and economic conditions. Most of the parents are sending their children to study MBBS in China, only because of the most important reason, which is safety and security. Including the University campus and Hostel campus, even the cities in China have CCTV cameras installed at every 500 meters.

Among all the advantages which a student has while studying in China, the medical universities also have raised-up their teaching standards at theory and practical classes. Every student is individually monitored and the CMEI Management Team follows-up the students’ each year semester records to report them to their parents. In this way, we also play an important role for all the 5 years as a communicator between the University and the parents.
